banks for years on libya has only seen about ten percent of it back and then there's a rock one billion dollars was recovered from saddam hussein's family but iraqi people haven't seen the majority of that money some suspect is still invested in u.s. banks others report they suggest while it's tucked away in switzerland or still even lost within iraq itself somewhere. even if the billion dollar assets are indeed found the chances of them being invested back into the corrupt country are slim...
